Rehabilitation Physician

The rehabilitation physician (a physiatrist) is a medical doctor trained in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. PMR is a Board Certified, AMA medical specialty, concentrating on medical, neurologic, and orthopedic disabilities and long term diseases. The rehabilitation physician at St. Lawrence is concerned with integrating and coordinating patient care.
